Our treatment is “Seitai” (整体)
“Seitai” is a Japanese Massage Practice using elements of applying acupressure points, joint movement, stretching and rebalancing your body.
It involves a variety of different musculoskeletal adjustments and manipulations, acupressure and deep tissue massage.
Musculoskeletal adjustments can be made using the hands to apply force to the muscles, bones and joints in and around the spine either by short and sharp thrusting movements or by slow and gentle adjustment of acupressure points.

Hot Stone Massage
The method of the massage is to apply gentle pressure on the body with heated basalt stone which is a type of volcanic rock that retains heat.
Hot stone massage produces calmness of physical tension and stress.
It improves blood circulation and lymphatic flow and promotes an increase of energy and Reiki (Japanese form of energy healing) in the body.
It is also recommended to reduce chronic stress and beneficial for healing some physical symptoms of depression and anxiety. The approach helps to open your spiritual chakras and to establish a balance of your mind, body and soul.
